Production Supervisors
Production Supervisors needed: All shifts. Experience in supervising groups of production workers Ability to demonstrate prior history of successfully motivating and leading work teams. Food safety training (HACCP) a plus. Must have excellent safety and attendance.
Previous food plant experience preferred.
KEY SKILLS:
- Knowledge of shipping and warehouse procedures and regulations required.
- Must be certified as a Forklift Operator.
- A minimum of two years experience as a maintenance team member.
- Responsible, dependable, conscientious, alert, and safety minded.
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Good math skills, required.
- Excellent attendance and safety record
- Basic computer knowledge a plus

Maintenance
Maintenance Mechanic needed: All shifts. Experience in the troubleshooting, repair and preventative maintenance of warehouse equipment and machinery. Must have excellent safety and attendance.
Previous food plant experience preferred.

- Knowledge of computer Literature, basic math, written and verbal communications
- Minimum 1 year experience in food plant preferred
- High school or equivalent is a plus

Drivers
Drivers needed for all shifts knowledge of Los Angeles, San Diego, and Orange County area. Selected individuals must have a current valid CA Driver License class (A )(B). A clean DMV record is required flexibility with scheduling is a must. Experience in Food Processor is a big plus.
