Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in operating variety of machines to manufacture products by performing specified duties.
Qualified candidates must possess the following:
- Experience managing at least 50 personnel
- Extensive production experience
- Knowledge of GMP’s, HACCP & SOPs
- Possesses basic math skills
- Has substantial food industry experience
- Flexible schedule with ability to work weekends and holidays
